prhlad kumar aggarwal say

"Love in the heart was not meant there to stay. Love is not love till you give it away". For love to be ever lasting and eternal every one should be aware of the different stages of love and know its significance. Following are the different phases through which you will travel in your love life and only those who pass it will have an endless love.

ATTRACTION
Attraction can be defined as something, which is more than friendship and is a step towards getting ready for a relationship. Now attraction is of two types:

a. Physical Attraction - happens when your body reacts to another person. Heart rate increases; temperature rises, palms get sweaty; stomach flutters; throat tightens; etc. This is what will tell you that you are ready for the first contact and also whether you are comfortable in the company of the other person.

b. Emotional Attraction - develops next if the circumstances are right. After being drawn to a person physically, you then begin to come closer. If you find you have things in common -- hobbies, ideologies, career, education, or some other common ground -- then an emotional attraction starts to form. Sometimes an emotional attraction can occur even when a physical attraction does not. And in this case, the bond will be stronger between the two who connect, since no preconceived notions based on physical appearance has occurred.

INTIMACY
Intimacy is something, which a person experiences when you learn to trust and believe your lover. It is a close association with another person of the deepest nature. You share you thoughts, feelings, and dreams. You feel free to discuss everything with this person and you are absolutely comfortable in his company. Thus intimacy develops gradually. If you can't establish intimacy with your partner, your relationship may work for a while, but is unlikely to endure throughout the years. Intimacy is actually the path to a true, healthy and beautiful relationship.

ROMANCE
Romance is the essence of a relationship. Without romance your love life will not exist. Romance is the true identity of your love. It brings out your true self and helps you be a better lover, husband and partner. Romance is a celebration of the life you live as part of a couple. It springs naturally and originates from within your heart. It makes you do things that you possibly couldn't have imagined to do otherwise. It shows you who you are and reminds you of the role you play in a relationship. Romance is not responsibility but it is caring about your responsibilities towards your lover and partner. Romance is the appreciation of two people who are celebrating the lucky coincidence that they found each other.

PASSION
The third stage is passion, which basically means a desire for another person, which has grown to an intensity that can't be ignored. This is often where an emotional relationship turns into a physical relationship. The passion stage is very important. For from here you will understand the true meaning and nature of your relationship. If there is no passion then its best to let go but if there is passion in your relationship then it is time to go on to the next stage.

COMMITMENT
The last stage is commitment. This is when you know that you want to spend your whole life with this person you love and you can do anything for him. It is when your whole world just revolves round your lover and you take a pledge to remain true to your mate throughout good and bad times, be by his side whenever he needs you.

No mercy: Policemen lathi-charging temporary teachers during a rally in support of their various demands at Rohtak in Haryana on Sunday

One female guest teacher was allegedly killed in police firing and several others injured in a cane-charge by Haryana Police at Rohtak on Sunday.

According to reports reaching the State headquarters here, thousands of guest teachers, largely females, were walking towards the residence of Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda in Rohtak to present a memorandum seeking resolution of long-pending demands for regularization when the police stopped them from marching ahead.

This led to verbal skirmishes and the lathi-wielding police reportedly tried to physically remove the protesters. Soon, the reports said, some protestors hurled stones at the cops in retaliation. The police then resorted to cane charge and reportedly opened fire to disperse the agitating teachers.

Even though there was no official confirmation or denial about the incident, reports reaching here said that one teacher identified as Raj Rani of Jind had been reportedly killed in the police firing. These reports also said that three persons with alleged bullet wounds were in a serious condition.

The postmortem examination of Raj Rani, the woman guest teacher who was killed in yesterday’s firing, has belied the claims of the local police and administrative authorities that she had not been shot by the police. The postmortem report revealed that she had died due to shock and haemorrhage caused as a result of firearm (bullet) injury.

As many as four plastic-rubber bullets were also recovered from the abdominal cavity of the woman’s body, which strongly indicates that she had been fired at by the police.

The plastic-rubber bullets are used by the police force to disperse a mob and are fired from a special weapon included under the category of teargas equipment. Hence, contrary to the claims of the local administration and police authorities, it is not practically possible that the bullets were fired by “somebody from the crowd”.

The bullets - which are made of plastic and rubber and are not pointed like the lead bullets - penetrated into the teacher’s body. This very fact indicates that the bullets had been fired from a very close range, which is not the done thing.

As the purpose of using these bullets is just to disperse the crowd and not to injure or kill anybody, these are fired from a distance. But in the give case, the bullets were fired from a close distance, which proved fatal for the woman.

In the given circumstances, the possibility of some other more powerful weapon having been used to fire these bullets can also not be ruled out.

The postmortem report further states that a lot of blood (nearly 2.5 litre) had been lost from the woman’s body, which can be a major factor leading to her death.

According to the Press photographers present at the site of protest, the police personnel deployed there had not allowed anybody to go near the woman after she was injured and fell down for long. Had she been taken to hospital promptly, her life could have been saved.

Deputy commissioner R.S. Doon said the bullets recovered from the woman’s body were being sent to the forensic science laboratory in Madhuban and a final conclusion could be reached only after their report was received.

IGP of the Rohtak range V. Kamaraja said due legal action would be taken in this regard, adding that any policeman found guilty of misconduct would not be spared.

Rohtak : A woman guest teacher was killed and scores of persons, including Rohtak deputy commissioner R.S. Doon, SSP Alok Mittal, protesting guest teachers, police officials and passersby, were injured as a state-level protest demonstration by guest teachers organised here today turned violent.

The trouble began when thousands of guest teachers marching towards the local residence/camp office of Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda were stopped by the police and administrative officials. While the protesters demanded that they would submit a charter of their demands to the CM or his MP son Deepender Singh Hooda, the district officials insisted that the memorandum be submitted to some representative of the CM or MP.

Following this, the protesting teachers staged a dharna on the Sonepat road demanding that the CM or MP, who were in the town today, come there and collect their memorandum.

However, when neither the CM nor the MP reached there for a long time, the protesters started moving towards the CM’s camp office/local residence. When the police officials deputed there tried to stop them, the protesters pelted them with stones. The police then resorted to use of force, including lathicharge, teargas shells and water canons.

The police personnel also fired several shots in the air to control the protesters. Meanwhile, somebody from the crowd also opened fire at the policemen and administrative officials present there. A woman guest teacher, identified as Raj Rani, was hit by a bullet and died.

The deputy commissioner and several policemen present there also received bullet injuries, while the SSP and many other cops were hurt in stone pelting.

In all, nearly 70 guest teachers, 30 policemen and some passersby were injured in the clash. The attendants of the guest teachers were also beaten up at the PGIMS, where they had taken the injured for treatment.

Later, addressing a press conference, the DC and SSP Alok Mittal asserted that some anti-social elements present among the protesters had opened fire, due to which the police action was necessitated.

They claimed that the guest teacher, Raj Rani of Jind district, had not died in police firing. The DC also ordered a magisterial probe into the matter, which will be conducted by Rohtak ADC P.C. Meena.

On the other hand, Arun Malik, president of the Haryana Atithi Adhyapak Sangh, has condemned “brutal” police action on the democratically protesting guest teachers. He said their protest would continue.

Meanwhile, a team of forensic experts visited the scene of crime and began investigations. Another team of ballistic experts from Madhuban is also expected for inspection. A case under various sections of the IPC has been registered in this regard and at least 30 persons have been rounded up by the police.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your regular cooperation and kind assistance to the people of north Bihar. In these hours of grip and misery due to large scale flood damage of life and properties, I found no words to express my feelings of deep shock and seriousness. Though the north Bihar. is traditionally flood prone, this year flood-affected in the Indian state of Bihar devastations beyond imagination.

Two million people have been left homeless and scores killed by the worst flooding in India in half a century, amid allegations that river defences were neglected by corrupt officials.

The waters rose in the state of Bihar after the Kosi river, swollen by monsoon rains, burst an upstream damn in Nepal ten days ago. The waterway reverted to a heavily populated course it last flowed along 250 years ago, killing at least 55 people, destroying 250,000 homes and leaving thousands of acres submerged.

all is trying to help the people affected by collecting old clothes and medicines and handing it over to the FOUNDATION FOR COMMAN MAN Coordinating Member

Appeal for urgent relief assistance for the flood victims of north Bihar.state.

Indian air force personnel drop food from a helicopter in the flood-affected area of Kumarkhad village at Midnapore district in India's eastern state of Bihar August 30, 2008. Indian authorities, hampered by heavy rain and damaged roads, struggled to provide aid to millions of displaced villagers in Bihar that has seen the worst flooding in 50 years.
